For example if you pause it for more than a few minutes it goes into a creek saver mode and you can't get it to go back to start playing. You have to start the movie over again and find your place.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you have all the right parts of the chain, UHD TV at least 55" or larger, Upscaling AVR, good audio system, than this is a perfect addition. Super easy to set up and delivers quality images as promised. Lack of apps is shameful(they do have NETFLIX, AMAZON etc) Spotify waiting for firmware update. Remote is too small for thick fingers, hope you have a good universal. The already available 4K movies are AWESOME.....do this.

Do yourself a favor and go for a Sony

The first one lasted about a month, but would periodically lock up -- still had sound but picture would not move forward and studdered. The second one is still Flaky - and locks up in a similar way.

Junk, dont buy!

Returned it and got a brand new one (cause it being an open box was probably the issue. Well, I saw why the previous customer returned theirs. It read the disks a couple times then the only thing that you could see on the screen was.... wait for it... nothing! Returned it and got my money back. The customer service reps at Best Buy were amazing and let me exchange the movies for regular blueray movies.
