The we set the dryer on it. SLightly lifted the dryer to tighten the pockets in the adjusted location. Otherwise has been working great since install.

Could you build something that would replace them? Sure. But like I said, I'm tall, and LAZY plus these match and if we need to sell the set we can get more with the pedastals than with out.

I promise you, you will want the stand to put them on and there is a storage drawer that very useful under the washer and Dryer. Great buy, recommend anyone to purchase these stands

Our washer at eyesight!
