Now that I have it, my washing machine is the right height. Unfortunately, the pedestal cost 1/3 of the price of the actual washing machine but it is what it is.

Everything we need is stored there too from wool dryer balls and fabric sheets to delicate bags. We love our pedestals.

They are hard to assemble on your own as they have to be affixed to the bottom of your washer and dryer which are very heavy.

The drawers however are not tall enough to put liquid laundry detergent bottles in upright.

The increase in height is exactly what we wanted. However, it did add some instability to the units that involved me strapping the units together.

Great lift for old people

I was surprised to learn that we bought a washer identical to the one we had, and the old lift did not fit.

Had to purchase new pedestals for front load washer and dryer.
