I was a little worried about them at first but this is one of the best washer dryer set I’ve own great so far had them since December family of three and it’s great

Good space for storage and was worth the buy. Helps with saving space

Bought these for our washer & dryer and wife loves them. It also has soft close when closing the drawer.

Not sure if this riser is what was causing alot of excessive shaking during the spin cycle on my washer. Last set of front load did not have a riser and had no problems. My fabric softener bottle was too tall to fit in the drawer. Looked good.

The original purchase was to include these bases. However, in communication it was not done. The gentleman that delivered the washer and dryer originally were amazing. They did not have the two bottom pieces that we wanted nor did they have the steam kit that we paid for. I went to the store, purchased the bottom pieces and schedule delivery. When the two gentleman came out to install these two bottom pieces, They did not have knowledge of the steam kit. We showed them the receipt and they made us pay AGAIN $35. Then they shoved the washer so far back that it broke something and when they left, they turned the water off and kept it off. It was when my husband turned the water back on. He saw the laundry room flooded. We reached out to your service they did come back and correct it. It’s just unfortunate. They didn’t report it to begin with. It’s ridiculous that I had to pay for a kit, not once but twice. I will really question buying future appliances from Best Buy.

Love the pedestal. Only issue is that these are quite expensive.

I was disappointed that this drawer is smaller in size than my previous pedestal with storage drawer.

I’m a short person so this pedestal makes my washer and dryer waaay to tall for me as I have a front loader and a washer on top. I need something much shorter. Also you can’t stand large bottles up in it.

I love the color. I do have one complaint and that the big 90 loads of Gain does not fit all the way in the drawer, so you have to tilt the container to close the drawer they should have made it tall enough to fit the big container

First time ordering a Samsung Washer/Dryer. So happy I did. It's very quiet and operates fantastic. The pedestals are a beautiful added touch to the washer and dryer. I also got a very good deal at BEST BUY. The cashier was a pleasure to work with.

Awesome. Got it on sale so a little bit biased but these are great. Bought 2 but 1 seemed like it was actually a return or a display model which was not cool. It also had a ding on it but it was not visible once installed

The item itself is fine. However the delivery from BestBuy was very bad. They left it on a wheelchair ramp and did not actually install it. I had to hire someone else to clear the ramp and install it. Even if they skip installation they should know better than to leave it in a place like that. The salesman also promised that it would be installed and not just delivered.
