With a family size house we buy the large detergents. Wish it was taller by 1/2 inch. - Easy to adjust for balancing. - Thus is a need product, otherwise the washer sits so low. Only gave 3 star due to size. The manufacturer should have considered large containers, but I should have read the spec size too and measured too. I assumed wrong.

It's lightweight and the bottom storage drawer is adequate. No, you won't be able to fit anything tall in the drawer. The locking braces for the corners that help secure the feet to the washer/dryer don't fit all samsung machines. Mine is only a few years old and the braces don't fit properly.

Thank you for this review. We understand that the pedestal does not fit all models as the pedestal was designed for the newer models and may or may not work with the older models, or in your case, it barely locks into place. We're still glad the pedestal is working for you.
