The lady of the house has mobility issues and without the pedestal the washer and dryer were to short but with this pedestal they cause her to stretch which is not as safe for her as we would like.

Great in concept but not worth it.

Ended up returning them and losing iut in the height benefit.

September 28 is supposed to be the 7th attempt for you all to correct the problems and complete this order. My fingers are crossed. Has been very difficult because errors on your side.

Having a drawer at the machine is great and it brings it up to the waist for easy use. The only problem is the store when you order a product they have your money before you hang up. If you need to return something they give you the run around.

I use the drawers to store the manuals.

I got a great deal on these, but they are cheaply made. I still like them though because it keeps me from bending as much to put clothes in.

Some units arrive damaged
