I purchased 2 then when it was time for delivery, I was told that 1 was on back order and will be back in stock 1/25/2024. I have called several times to set up delivery and installation on both but I keep getting the run around!!! The one that was delivered is still in the box because the delivery guy said he couldn't install it until the other had been delivered.

It took 3 times to install them correctly and undamaged. The first installers damaged the dryer at installation. The second installers "no showed" by taking a picture of my house but not coming to the door. Third installation also dented the dryer, but then required a fourth installation when I discovered the dryer did not work properly. The fourth installers were actually great. Thanks Joseph! The final rub was the fact that they changed their rewards points program. If you choose deferred financing over standard financing, you receive NO rewards points for a pretty hefty purchase.

Item Scratched/damaged during Installing

I contacted Best Buy & it was escalated. Till date, no one at Best Buy has fixed the damage despite numerous calls & a claim ticket submitted by Best Buy. I get told someone will call be back in 24-48hrs. Never happens. This has been going on now since March 2022.
