Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Wireless Rear Loud Speakers. I am sorry to hear that you did not experience the full potential of the surround sound system.
Please know that by design, the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume.
However, there are a few settings you can change to adjust the surround effect to your preference:
1. Make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. If the source is not surround, then set the Surround mode to OFF on the Soundbar by pressing the Surround button on the remote.
2. If the source has surround channels, select the desired Sound Mode from the Soundbar remote. Choices are STANDARD, MUSIC, CLEAR VOICE, SPORTS, or MOVIE.
3. Turn off Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holing the Sound Mode button while the Soundbar is in standby mode.
4. Increase the volume level of the surround speakers using the Sound Control button on the Soundbar remote control.

Needed soundbar add on

And it made my surround sound Dolby Atmosphere come to life. Just make sure you go in the soundbar menu and turn the rear speakers up to +6.

Could definitely be louder. They do help out compared to not having any surround or rear speakers at all. But don't think that they will blow you away when installed. Ok for the money but could be a lot better in my opinion.

Happy with the clarity of the sound coming from there speakers. Small design allows for placement almost anywhere. Easy hook up to my Samsung sound bar.

It paired quickly and sounds great. The regular price of $129.99 is a great deal but I bundled it with the sound bar and got it for $99.99 which makes it a steal!

And it was pretty easy to pair thru Bluetooth. Just remember they are wireless from the sound bar to the rear unit. There is wires from the unit to the rear speakers

You can adjust them to your desired audition volume preferences. I placed them at ear level and they have enough sound for a midsize spacious apartment. Surround effects are amazing.

If you are a sound fan this is not the system for you. These speakers are going to depend more on the source. If it is not 5.1 coming from the source you may not get the full benefit.

The realist surround sound just puts me into another space. I watched Halloween, and I thought Michael Myers was behind me....lol! Job well done, a must have!
