Poor Sound from Rear Speakers.

Although the soundbar works as expected, the rear loudspeakers are terrible. After following all the instructions on connecting the rear speakers I finally got them to work. However, the sound is so low I can't hear them unless I stand with my ear right next to a speaker. When I follow the instructions to increase the volume of the rear speakers the volume increases on the soundbar at the same time. This was a waste of money.
