The sound seems to be low even after maxing it out in the menu. One cuts in and out, possible bad wire. It was an open box item to go with the samsung sound bar we had purchased.

It says it’s wireless but it has to be connected to the receiver with cables. It’s a good addition for you extra sound to your sound bar.
