I placed them directly behind sofa to help with hearing impairment. Had to elevate them to get them closer to ear level. Would be better if they added more gain.

Two days after installation, installed about one month ago, we began receiving very loud, screeching noises over the rear speakers, soundbar and subwoofer. Prior to this failure, I was pleased with the system. We will be contacting the Geek Squad on Monday, July 20 to set up an appointment for them to come out and diagnose the root cause of the issue. If they successfully remediate this issue to my satisfaction, I would gladly change my rating to excellent as I was very pleased with the system prior to these failures.

Attached a pair if larger Yamaha speakers in the rear and it sounds very good now for what I paid. Would be better if Samsung charged more and included larger, better speakers.
