All you need is to click the sync on the base and sync on the controller and done. Cons. These speaker are a little small. Not loud enough. Wall mount is sold separate. Unless you want to keep them straight (for surround system you need them angled)

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Wireless Rear Loud Speakers. I am sorry to hear that you did not experience the full potential of the surround sound system.
Please know that by design, the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume.
However, there are a few settings you can change to adjust the surround effect to your preference:
1. Make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. If the source is not surround, then set the Surround mode to OFF on the Soundbar by pressing the Surround button on the remote.
2. If the source has surround channels, select the desired Sound Mode from the Soundbar remote. Choices are STANDARD, MUSIC, CLEAR VOICE, SPORTS, or MOVIE.
3. Turn off Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holing the Sound Mode button while the Soundbar is in standby mode.
4. Increase the volume level of the surround speakers using the Sound Control button on the Soundbar remote control.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly is not bad at all for a sound bar 300W you can get the surround effect 5.1 but if i compare between my SJ9 LG Dolby Atmos sound bar this one is better but if i compare between my home theater 9.2 Dolby Atmos Obviously is the best you can have a dedicated reciver and speakers is the best surround effects atmos,7.2 or 9.2 or basic 5.2.2

While the speakers on the TV alone are impressive, the sound bar and rear speakers make the experience feel like you're in a movie theater. There was a little glitch with setting up the rear speakers; the directions say to PUSH the volume button to sync, but in fact it has to be pushed UP, as if you were increasing the volume. Once we figured that out it was simple, synced up easily, and the system has been great. It is certainly an advantage to use all Samsung products because you can use just one remote.

Netflix audio or dialogue did not come up but the videos from yout tube i could hear both. Probably its to do with the audio setup. Just make sure you dont push the wires all the way in - it wont work.

Fairly easy to set up and decent sound although not what I would call Hi Fidelity by any means but decent speakers for the price. Would be nice if they were completely wireless as there are wires between the Bluetooth module and the speakers themselves. Hiding the wires is the biggest issue.
