Full 5.1 surround sound for my apartment

I have my sound bar hooked up to my TV via HDMI ARC, and my setup allows for 5.1 surround sound. I cannot stress this enough to read the manual to ensure the speaker kit is compatible with the Samsung Soundbar you own. The list on the Best Buy Store page is...woefully incomplete. Also these speakers use standard audio wire to be powered and receive an audio signal. So it’s very possible to repurpose these with a different amp if job so choose.

It was difficult getting everything set up, had to call Samsung for assistance and you have to mute the TV. In thinking about it, it probably would have been better if I got a Sony brand that would Sinc with the TV.

It was a very simple connection after reading the directions. Only drawback I would say is that they are not as loud as I had hoped they would be. But still a good quality for the price.

The manual states you are to press the volume button for the initial connection whereas you really need to press the MUTE button, not the volume.

This made a big difference and I can hear the voices clearly without having to go into theater mode with the volume way up there while trying to watch the news, I'm very happy with my purchase and totally recommend them if you have a compatible soundbar.

The remote receiving unit is wireless but still requires the speakers to be wired to the remote unit. Wireless speakers do exist but these are not. The Best Buy technician at the store was also under the impression that these were true wireless.

It is not unbelievable sound but will definitely heighten your home theater experience. It is not superior quality like a Sonos but solid and inexpensive option to make home theater better!

Bluetooth connection works very good. The info says it is wireless but not completely. Wires required for the speakers to the power supply. I was able to remove my old wired speakers and receiver with wires going all over the room. Made my wife very happy.
