Love this setup. Had issues pairing them to the soundbar. The instructions for both weren't helpful. Quick internet search found the answer on the Samsung website. Rear speakers are fully adjustable using the soundbar remote. Rear level, bass, treble, etc. Has surround and standard sound modes. Bluetooth connection works great with my phone, for listening to music as well.

At times the rear speakers will die out, but then come back on. Not sure if it's due to where they are placed or something else I need to investigate. Sound at times is weak but can't figure out how to raise the level.

Unfortunately, when using my chrome cast to control the volume, the signals do not work via HDMI correctly. I'm not sure if this is Samsung, my Vizio TV or the chrome cast.

Great but not excellent sound quality. The soundbar is clear, the sub is bassy and booming (ideal for action movies but the rear speakers lack in loudness. Other than that it's good!

Nice addition to Samsung Soundbar

These speakers hookup through Bluetooth to the sound bar and integrate with the same remote and settings. I really like the sound they produce and they were easy to setup. I think the sound is impressive for the price and it makes watching movies or playing my Xbox even more enjoyable when you can hear things flying past your head or coming around you. Great purchase!

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Wireless Rear Loud Speakers. I am sorry to hear that you did not experience the full potential of the surround sound system.
Please know that by design, the surround speakers are supposed to simulate sounds happening behind the viewer. Therefore, most of the time the surround channels are only used for ambient sounds, which are naturally lower in volume.
However, there are a few settings you can change to adjust the surround effect to your preference:
1. Make sure that the source (e.g. TV output) is sending surround channels to the Soundbar. If the source is not surround, then set the Surround mode to OFF on the Soundbar by pressing the Surround button on the remote.
2. If the source has surround channels, select the desired Sound Mode from the Soundbar remote. Choices are STANDARD, MUSIC, CLEAR VOICE, SPORTS, or MOVIE.
3. Turn off Dynamic Range Control. This is done by pressing and holing the Sound Mode button while the Soundbar is in standby mode.
4. Increase the volume level of the surround speakers using the Sound Control button on the Soundbar remote control.
As for the random disconnection between Soundbar and subwoofer, placement of the devices is often an important factor. Please try to bring the units closer together, and move large items that are in between the line of sight of each other.
