One of the wires (with the blue plug) appears broken. I can make the other wire work, and tested both channels and both speakers. They all work with the black plug wire. So the problem has to be the wire with the blue plug. How do I get that replaced without returning the whole thing? Much smaller then I expected as well, this is most certainly a bookcase unit. The unit did not want to synch up right away but I was persistent and it finally syched

Cheaper by a mile on the company’s website.. I figured buying at best buy was smart because they buy bulk so you would think your getting a good deal, but actually your not on a lot of things and can get it cheaper directly on the products website

Didn't sync to soundbar

Please know that Samsung does have another wireless rear loudspeakers that works with 2016 soundbar systems. The model number is SWA-8000S.
