This game will appear simple at first but is pretty intricate once you learn all you can do and is about timing and skill so button mashing will get you but so far. I feel truly emerged in the gam when I play like a real samurai or ninja

Great game... I remember playing this game all the time in the arcade as a kid.

Retro fighting game with new gimicks, was able to platinum the game

Difficult for newcomers but it's a great game with a little patience.

Not a combo heavy game, more a throwback to classic fighting games.

I really like the slow pace and not having crazy combos to memorize. It is very different from other fighting games which is a positive for me. I still like games like dragon ball fighterz and marvel vs Capcom

Slower than all of the fighting games out, but it is supposed to be that way as you can literally win a round with two strikes. Definitely keeps your mind sharp as you really need to out-think your opponent.

Samuarai Shodown is back! This version feels like a cross between Samurai Shodown II and Samurai Shodown VI so if you loved the fighting style of II with the button layout of VI you’ll love this game.

Finally I was able to get this game on a sale of $18.99. I always loved Samurai Showdown games so I had to puck this up.

Great fighting game from story to all other modes. Not as fast paced as street fighter, but the strategy needed to win can be intense. So far have had a great time playing.

Throw back to the 90's and familiar characters. Different playstyle than the street fighter series which gives you a different strategy for fighting games. Great game.

If you played the old school games then you know exactly what you are getting. If you are new to the series it is a solid fighting game to add to your library.

I have not played Samurai Showdown since its arcade days so this is fantastic

Gameplay is tight and the upgrade in visuals to a classic are great. Only issue is the core roster is lacking and you will have to spend more on DLC to get a wide variety of characters.

I love the new style this game has, and the combat is just perfect. It feels different to either street fighter and soul calibur, very fun!

I was so happy when this was noticed and it lived up to old classic games as well. If you enjoyed those then definitely get this

I love Samurai Showdown. Played the original 2d version on the NEO GEO. Couldn't wait for play this.

This game it still very fun, reminds me of when I was younger and having fun with friends playing it . Great graphics !

Good nice just got it to have for collection of random games

This game is awesome. It takes me back to the old street fighter days. Easy to play. I recommend this to anyone.
