As for using on my iPad which was the main reason I bought this one. I downloaded the new app to use and I still am unable to get device to backup all my pictures. Very frustrating guess I’ll have to contact support which in itself is another long process. For me it’s not as easy to use as I thought it would be. I will recommend item if you are tech knowledgeable which I am not.

This is the easiest way to retrieve photos off your I phone & to do a back up. I highly rec. this for anybody. I did order the wrong end for my computer though & Best Buy did not have the adapter nor could they get me one. I did find one online & now I am in business.

I use it all the time. I upload my photos from my phone on here , transfer the photos off this. Quick and easy to use.
