Great SSD flash drive. I only wish the included cable was USB-C to USB-C. If your device has a USB-C port you will either need an adapter or a different cable.

I got this item to archive a recently deceased family member's digital history. After extremely light use it disconnectected from my computer, told me I had ejected the disk improperly. I had not touched the usb cable. Too late and too far away for a Best Buy return or exchange. Now I'm stuck trying to navigate Sandisk's warrantee and geez do they make it difficult. Error after error on their website even after trying different browsers, device power resets, and hunting for any missing updates I might have looked over. I'm very unhappy to have to spend all of this time replacing such an expensive storage item during difficult times.

After I installed this SSD's software on my brand-new Dell all-in-one computer, the computer froze. It took Dell a long time to fix the problem. I consulted ChatGPT and fix the SSD's problem without returning it to BestBuy.
