Made computer work much faster. Was very easy to install.

Works great!!! I installed it on my MacBook pro and haven't had any issues. Very fast like any other SSD. I would recommend. Sandisk is a very good brand when it comes to flash memory.

I've replaced most of my laptops with SSD drives and haven't looked back. SSD drives have no moving parts so there is no danger of read/write error from bouncing the laptop around while in use and it uses less energy which is good for longer battery life. If you know how to open up your laptop and replace drives, it's very easy to swap out and replace with this one. I would recommend cloning the original HD data to the new SSD drive before swapping out, though. You'll love the new performance enhancement from SSD drives.

Just upgraded my 3 year old laptop with this SSD and I am amazed by the performance. Before purchasing this I was looking at the Samsung SSDs which tops in performance. But for my requirement I trusted Sandisk and I am not at all disappointed in anyway. Even before RAM upgrade to any computer I recommend doing SSD upgrade first.

This ssd harddrive works very well but the only drawback was how cheap the plastic shroud is that covers the component. But works fine I just prefer a more ridged material for a hard drive. But if it’s just going to be in a system it will be more than ok. If you intend on getting a ssd to take everywhere I would suggest getting a ssd passport or getting a small box to put it in to protect it from getting crushed due to the cheaper plastic.

Always a great experience with SanDisk SSDs. I bought this to clone my 480GB SSD in a desktop computer. I bought it on sale for a great price. Remember SSDs are about 10 times faster than a typical hard disk. The boot-up time is SO MUCH faster also. Thanks BestBuy!

I bought this drive for my PC gaming Library, I wanted something faster than a spinning drive but with decent space and not breaking the bank. This went into a cheap gaming PC, so price was a concern. The drive is mostly plastic, so it feels fairly cheap and insignificant. The speed is on the slower end, but still faster than any SATA spinning drive can offer. Comes out to about $.10 per Terabyte if you can catch it on sale, so the value was excellent.

Easy to install and configure. Only negative is they no longer include a separate housing so you can install the new SSD in your pc and have the old drive installed in a case to replicate through USB. Thankfully, I had one of my old cases and replication worked flawlessly

This drive is very fast. It has greatly improved the performance of the workstation where it's being used. It was effortless to install the OS.

The SSD helps to boost up the access to my data and run very quiet. Compared to accessing data on HDD, it's much faster and quiet.

I change an old HD from my son's computer, it was quite slow and now seems like a perfect brand new one. Excellent product.

One of the best ways to ramp up the performance on your machine is to setup a SSD. I added this to an older gaming laptop and upgraded the memory and its like new again. As for the brand/model I was very pleased with performance and specs for the price. Opinion: Do not run Windows 10 without SSD. It makes a BIG difference.

Speeds everything up by a factor of 20x. Easy to install. Just buy it.

This is my second SSD and my expectations, based upon the first SSD I purchased about 5 years ago...which was amazing, have set the bar higher. So, I expected an even better experience, but this SSD seems to be almost as good as the one before. That said, if this is your first SSD you should be quite happy. Being that the price was very inexpensive, I'd recommend it.

Bought it for my daughter's old Macbook Pro she's been using in college since HS. So far so good no issues. Will eventually have to purchase a new lighter updated version.
