Bought to use in the gym since getting tired of lugging my cell phone. It was easy to upload songs from my itunes songs on my computer. Sound quality is not as good as my iphone but I'm very happy with it. Since I charged it I have used it for two weeks for an average of 3hrs a week and still hadn't recharged it. Very compact and discreet.

Compact.. hold more than enough songs..It don't get in your way.light weight.

My 8 yr old can’t stand how loud the bus is. So, I bought this to help him while he is on the bus. He loves it!! You can preset channels and the sound is great! It wasn’t so expensive that if something happened to it I would be out a lot of money. This has made life so much easier for my son who loves music! He even uses it at home doing homework and when we go for trips in the car.

This is the best small mp3 that I’ve used. Controls are easy to use and simple. Sound is very good. I have the Bluetooth version. It’s not so easy to use but sounds good.

I'll freely admit I've never bought one of these for myself, but my sister (the one I bought it for) loves it. She can keep all of her favorite songs on it and with an SD card, she can store even more. It already comes with earbuds, so she was able to listen as soon as music was available. (Her other set had died not long before. Absolutely worth it if you want a device solely for listening, rather than adding more stuff to your phone.

This is easy to upload my cd's unto it. It has a radio too. I like it because it is very small and lightweight. I clip it to may t-shirt when mowing the grass with earphones in. It's got really good sound and easy to use.

Bought to replace an old Ipod mini. Works essentially the same at a fraction of the price. Holds a charge for a long time, does all I need. If I lost it, would re buy it once again.

The sound is really good and it is simple to use. I got it for someone and they asked that I buy another one, for them to give to a friend. I Also great - it comes with a pair of earphones!

This device now has all the CD's that used to by in the vehicle glove box. These CD's were made into a file on my computer. That music file was easy to download and install onto this device. Now can just plug a cable from this device into the auxiliary radio port and turn this ON to play that music.

This mp3 player is easy to use and so tiny. Battery last long too

in my opinion, this little gadget should never go out of style. It is great. It is for music, and that is it. Nothing fancy. Good quality and good sound. Its small size is still the best to carry around and clip it to an area not too conspicuous. No dropping it, no damaging it, and no bother because it doesn't take any space.. It is a classic!

I don't want to carry an expensive phone when working out in the gym - too much risk of hiting it against something, dropping it or dropping something on it.. I use this relatively inexpensive and small mp3 player. Sound is OK, battery life is good, size and weight are next to nothing.

this meets all my needs - easy to transfer files onto it, easy to operate, good battery life, convenient to carry everywhere. The menu is a little clumsy to navigate, but as long as I'm organized about loading files, I can find and listen to what I want.

For the price this is a great unit. I agree with the other reviewer that the controls are a bit sensitive. I use Sony V600 headphones and the sound is just as good as the Apple Nano which is discontinued. So far the unit is working great. I use it everyday on my 4 walks a day with my dog. Ease of use to load songs from Apple or MP3 files

Sound is great. Navigating to folder level to play below is not straight forward. Not as easy as my old Sansa device. Still a get buy for the money. Battery life seems good. Just using the standard 8gig memory without a micro sd. Cannot comment on battery life if sd card is used.
