Also, if you listen to Podcasts for example it will repeat it over and over. It does not play it once and stop. I have the latest version 1.04. So, I think they need to come out with another version to download that will fix these problems.

It puts songs in wrong place, labeling those songs as “unknown album”, or “unknown artist.” For the second player by this company I’ve purchased in a row, it just keeps getting worse. On every album I put on the device, it takes the first song and puts it in the “unknown artist/album” category. As a result, I have a massive number of songs I can’t here were I’m supposed to hear them. Previous models from company much better.

Sadly-within a couple of weeks that I had this product, when I charged it recently; to my surprise, it would not work! Nothing! What the....? I'm seriously considering returning this item.

I've had it since 9/10 and have only managed to get one song on it and the playback on that song is interrupted twice. I'm not highly technical, but this should be much easier! I miss my I-Pod Mini!
