Only issue I am having is when set to shuffle it seems to replay numerous songs over and over although I have over 5000 songs loaded.

I had to search for everything online to get it to work. Sound quality is ok. I was expecting better for the money. I have a SONY player which has far better sound quality and better options. The only draw back is that it only comes with 16gig.

Went back and bought another. First one dried out and it still works so now I have two. I like i better than my wife's IPod. Its not sexy but effective.

That's why I've brought 2 more to go with my other 2, for many years of listening to my own particular, great, downloaded music styles and songs! Had issues downloading music at first. Eventually figured it out and had no problems. Battery life is pretty good but not always easy to turn it off when you are done using it.

He wanted it to listen only to downloaded podcasts. It was a little less than simple to figure out (because we are not super savvy when it comes to technology) but searching the internet for answers was easy. In addition, my husband asked a question via email and received a reply within 1 day! My husband loves it. He was able to download quite a few podcasts and loves the small size.
