This MP3 player works out perfectly. Very small and sound is good as I prefer to use headphones/earbuds versus Bluetooth.

I had a old ScanDisk and it had went bad after all the time that I have been jamming on it! It was a bout time to get a new one. I was glad to see that they did have 32GB and I was able to transfer with ease from my old one to the new one! I still feel like I should have gotten the Bluetooth and water-resistant one it was $10 extra. I definitely think that was worth the money because during the summer time I'm surrounded by water and it was much more sturdy than the one I just bought. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. If it goes on sale again I will definitely be purchasing the water-resistant Bluetooth one in the future. Once again thank you Best Buy for all that you do

Payed more than I wanted but when I needed it I couldn't find any at Walmart and other places. It works & gives me a chance to hear the music I needed to hear.

I owned 2 previous Samsung MP3 players but one of those 2 was damaged in a mowing accident so I bought this one to replace it. When mowing I can’t hear the music at all even with the volume at maximum. I am now using the very first one I purchased. I’m so disappointed.

A good product that lacked quality control by staf

I downloaded the manual, reviewed troubleshooting techniques recommended by the Sandisk community, and reset the device which provided negative results. I connected the mp3 player to my Sony speaker with an auxiliary cable and enjoyed listening to some music for about 5 hours. I should receive a replacement device on Wednesday.
