It takes you guys weeks to get out to my house. I have talked to other people, friends, and some relatives along with my neighbors who also say the same thing you people need to speed up the waiting time to get service or you're going to be left behind

File system is awkward. Sound is a bit tinny in either ear buds, good headphones or external speakers.
