I loved mine so much that I bought one for my wife.

Was a gift for our 10 year old grandson and he loves it.

Before I give my review, I would like to say I have programmed many websites, taught myself at least 5 computer programming languages all the way back to MS-DOS and GW-Basic. I have built computers from scratch and used all types of computer technology. All this to say, I am not computer ignorant. This MP3 player is one of the worst pieces of technology I have ever bought or tried to use. Unfortunately, I do not not live near a Best Buy, so it takes a while to drive out of my way to get to one. Returning this to Best Buy is not a "time-easy" process. Before I bought this, I had looked on Best Buy's website for different bluetooth MP3 players, so I was shocked and disappointed to find out this model, which I thought was the same as the one I looked at on Best Buy's website, did NOT have bluetooth. It was the same price as the MP3 players of this kind that have bluetooth. When I pulled the Player out of the box, I was shocked and disappointed to see how tiny it was. With my big fingers, it's very difficult to press tiny buttons, and the screen is too small to see without glasses. I was expecting an MP3 player approximately the size of an IPod based on the photos on the website. There were no directions in the box on how to add music, add playlists, edit, rename or delete playlists. The only directions in the box were describing the functions of the exterior buttons. I looked on a multitude of websites including Sandisk's website and watched YouTube videos for doing these things for playlists, and none of them worked. I tried copying and renaming the existing PL files on the player, and that didn't work. I tried making M3U files and placing them in the Music folder on the player. The M3U files would show up under the Playlists option on the Player, but then when I would go to song to add it to a Playlist, and the Playlists I made would not show up; the only playlists that would show up were the 3 generic playlists that came with the Player. I also tried placing an M3U file in the Music folder and placing the names of the songs in the Music folder like the directions showed on Sandisk's website, and no songs show up when I clicked on the that Playlist in the Player. I couldn't find a way to rename the generic playlists that came with the Player. I tried using Windows Media Player to synchronize songs on the Player, and all this did was make Folders for all the Album names on the Player, then put the songs into the folders, but no playlists showed up on the player. The only thing I was able to do was take one website's advice to make folders under the Music folder, name each folder the same as a "Playlist", put songs in them, then pull up the Folders option (not the Music) on the Player to play songs in a "playlist". All this was extremely irritating and frustrating to try and get this Player to work.

Works great for music driving when I have no service

I really like that this player is very light, has a lot of memory and the voice recording feature. Also, the FM radio.

I enjoy listening to audio books while I work. This player is small and easy to use .

I bought this for my son and he uses it almost everyday. It's pretty tiny which means it can easily be lost if your not careful. It's easy to use .

I love this little gem! It gets me through my work day and then some with my music and audio readings, about 16-18 hours. If I listen to the radio it lasts about 7 hours.

Look the only thing I have against best buys when you ask for service. It takes you guys weeks to get out to my house. I have talked to other people, friends, and some relatives along with my neighbors who also say the same thing you people need to speed up the waiting time to get service or you're going to be left behind

Very convenient and compact, good battery life, but navigation is clumsy. some files do not play in order, e.g., movements from a symphony. File system is awkward. Sound is a bit tinny in either ear buds, good headphones or external speakers.

This mp3 player is easy to use and the cost was right.

Great little Mp3 player. Can hold lots of music. I currently have used up about 16gb of space for music and have more to go.

Bought this one because it stores more songs than my other one, which decided to quick working altogether about a week before. A great purchase.

Very satisfied with product at this time, although used very little so far. Anticipate higher usage in near future.
