Multiple capabilities, very sufficient capacity, easy to use, high quality

My very old SanDisk mp3 player finally gave out. This new one is an upgrade, which has much better sound. It also integrates really well with my computer making adding music a snap. I walk every and thoroughly enjoy walking to my playlists.

I decided to purchase my first mp3 player (ever) after learning that Apple was discontinuing its iPod. (Strange trigger, right?) I didn't want to pay Apple prices, even though I'm happy with my iPad and MacBook Pro, so I researched (and researched and researched) alternatives. I settled on this item because it was available at my local Best Buy, same day, with curbside pickup. Within an hour, I was transferring my favorite mp3 files to this baby, learning how to create playlists in Microsoft Media Player and transferring those playlists to this baby, and the whole experience has been amazing. Tip: Anyone who says the sound quality isn't good is either lying or doesn't know any better. You need to understand that this is just a storage device. The sound quality has literally nothing to do with the storage device and everything to do with the earphones. I listened through the earphones that came with this device and IMMEDIATELY chucked them in the trash. But that's OK because I had some cheap (but amazing sounding) bluetooth ear buds. Simply connecting them to this baby and was BLOWN AWAY by the sound. Don't get the iPod. Save $200 (at least) and get this device instead. Remember to CHUCK those garbage earphones in the trash (unless you absolutely need them to listen to the radio for their built-in-antenna...I don't do that), and gleefully connect to your bluetooth ear buds. You're going to love this thing. I guarantee it.

works great on fm. i wish it would work on am. that is the only thing I dislike about it. good sound quality otherwise.

compact, good sound quality, inexpensive, long battery life

Music player with Bluetooth option is exceptional. Linked to my ear buds easily and stores so many songs. Occasionally the player will pause while I'm listening to a song but it's only a split second or so. I would prefer if the volume was a little louder, but I crank it to 10 and keep going

SanDisk Clip MP3 player is one of hte best compact MP3 players on the market. This is my second on in over 10 years and looking forward to having this one for at least that long. It's perfect for gym, hikes, and connecting via bluetooth to my stereo system at home.

I love the San disk for listening to my audio books. Has a pause button then turn off, when you turn it back on it goes right back to where you left it, so you never lose your place. Holds lots of music plus the audio books. Bluetooth is a must. The only thing I don’t like is the clip on the back. To fragile and breakable.

Mega memory storage for lots of music and audiobooks. Charging port is tough to access through rubber gasket and is finicky about which usb micro tip cords it will accept. Also, audiobook segments sometimes load out of order.

This was a great first MP# player for my 12 year old son! He gets to have the music he likes and it gives him freedom to explore music on his own terms. The sound quality is great, and I'd definitely get one for my younger son when he is ready!

This thing rocks! Almost no issues 3.5 months in! Purchased for drowning out the world while riding my bicycle. The good: -Water resistant (I commute by bicycle in the rain) -The clip is awesome (until it breaks off while you're out bikepacking) -Comes with earbuds (they aren't amazing but my apple ones broke and they're better than none) -Good battery life! (all day probably - I use it a lot) -Holds a lot of music (I think I have at least 2500 songs on mine) -Good volume -Has buttons -Easy to use -Tiny! The bad: -Decided to "white screen" on me once and I think I held one of the buttons down for a really long time and it eventually decided to work again but hasn't happened since -Sometimes takes forever to boot up if it runs out of battery but eventually it will

It Works well and I enjoy using it when I walk. It Holds a large number of songs and is compact and easy to wear on my clothing without coming off. The selection of colors was perfect as I like both red and blue however I chose the red as I like that color better.

Simple and cheap, but still quite useful. Works well with an exterior speaker.

Does what it's supposed to, like the storage for my music library. Don't like that you have to remember which song was last played before recharging. It goes back to the main menu after charging and sometimes in the shuffle mode will play songs multiple times before other songs are played.

Great little player. Gave to son for workout music. The size is perfect for what he needed. The navigation is a little unusual but otherwise great.
