    Although this does work, I always have to make 2 or 3 attempts to get it to connect to my Galaxy Note 4. Once it finally connects it works great. If not for the difficulty getting connected I'd have given it a 5.

    It is pretty awesome. I have had it quit working during the middle of using it like the program shut down and it has an extremely short battery life in my opinion!

    Needed this to backup the IPhone before purchasing the new one. Old one wouldn't sync after the last apple update. Wanted to save the photos. This is a great idea. I can back up the iPhone and tablet to this same device, AWESOME

    I don't like iTunes, so using this device to download the iPhone photos was a BIG deal for me. Works great and I'll continue working until Apple will provide a simple (and safe) file transfer from iPhone/iPad

    Got this for my husband so that he could move some things from his iPhone and iPad to save space. He seems to like it but was way to move the info from the phone to the drive so that is a good thing.
