I originally purchased because I needed a spare flash drive and was looking for encryption software to protect the data if lost or stolen. Unfortunately, this particular version does not include encryption on the actual drive. My fault for not reading closely enough, not the product's problem.

It works well but I did not like the fact that it asked me to load some software on my PC. I had to have someone show me how to avoid doing that.

I bought several of these to be able to provide copies of digital photos without any concern for file size.

This is a small capacity, low cost flash drive. SanDisk products are high quality and reliable

For the money this drive is hard to beat. The slider design keeps it protected while in your bag or pocket and there is no pesky lid to lose. Read/write speeds are decent and I have had no problems so far with data integrity. Overall this is a great drive that I highly recommend.

Its a USB drive about the size of a human thumb. Its black with red accents. the USB connector slides in and out for when you are not using it so its less likely to encrusted with pocket lint. The one I bought is eight gigabytes. I used it to make a bootable install copy of windows 7.

There is no problem at all with the flash drive, however I ordered from best buy because the model number provided online matched the one required by my company. When I received the drive it was exactly the same one I had returned to another store and I paid $5 more for it! The employees at the store couldn't tell me what the difference was in this model and the one I had ordered it took me 2 minutes to Google it and learn the only difference was the color.

Nothing fancy about this drive. Just a straight forward 8GB storage device. It works fine.
