Customers love the ample storage space, ease of use, and reliability of the Cruzer Glide 32GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive. Many also appreciate its affordable price. While some find the design to be outdated, the positive feedback on other features outweighs this concern. The drive's compact size is also frequently praised.

I like the design of this flash drive, it holds a ton of storage and overall what I look for in a flash drive is the convenience of use. I do like one I can put on a key chain, however the last one I had that would do that fell off, so not such a great idea. LOL What I like about this one is the slider that moves the usb in and out. I got a super good deal on this and I bought two.

Needed cheap low storage to replace the flash drive in one of my vehicles that was starting to fail. I prefer the smaller form factor drives but for the price I made this work. The old drive would cause songs to stop and skip to the next song. This drive resolved my issue. For the price this is perfect and way more space than I needed for the music I play in the vehicle.

New PC Recovery Drive

I bought a new laptop. Its been a long time since I've bought a new computer. A real long time. Back then you made a Recovery/Boot CD. Flash Drives (FD) were expensive and their capacity was small compared to today's drives. The new laptop manual said I needed a FD larger than 16GB. Wow! What is that going to cost? Best Buy to the rescue. This FD has more capacity than 6+ DVD's. Sliding the USB connector out of and back into the protective body is smooth. Transfer time was fast compared to the rate of writing to a DVD. Compared too other FD's I don't know. Back to cost, it had the lowest cost per GB of all others on the store shelf. I feel FD's have the potential to be large security risk. They are very small and getting smaller. They are usually dark colored. Very light weight. Their capacities continue to increase. Being small can make them hard to find and their dark color makes it even harder at night or against a dark background. Their light weight makes them easy to be pushed off a desk by paper shuffling. Where is your trash can? The more they store the more you can lose. You usually realize the value and vulnerability of your data when you're trying to remember what was on your FD. GUARD YOUR FD WITH YOUR.... Losing a FD might....

Sandisk is always my go-to flash drive I've never had any problems storing or retrieving data with sandisk flashdrives and it has a Keychain loop on it which is helpful for someone like me whose losing things so i can attach it a Keychain and not have to worry about losing it, another pro is that its really fast, i never had to deal with long loading times when transferring any of my files and the price wasn't bad for 32gb.

I love that I can drop it in my purse or pocket and take memories, personal or business documents anywhere I need to go. The only downside is if you have arthritis in your fingers and hands like me they can be challenging to use but would still recommend for anyone.

I’ve had many, “Thumb drives”, “Memory Sticks” and Flash Drives, but I must say so far this is the best I’ve owned and have used. It’s compact, easy to store and easy to operate. Most cases plug and go. I store everything from movies, music and documents. Excellent price and product.

The SanDisk Cruzer flash drives are fast, easy to use, and perform well. This one was priced very nicely and has performed well for me. I usually buy the SanDisk flash drives because they are reliably recognized by my Windows 10 laptop and they perform better that the PNY drives I have purchased.

Pretty functional. I don't use flash drives often, but it's good to have one on hand. I like this one. Easy to use, and I can't lose the cover for it! I also like the color. I think it's great to have something to carry around with you whenever you need it.

What's not to love? It's small but not micro. Sleek and easy to insert. Easy to use, drag and drop my music files from my PC right to the drive. Plug & play. Just EASY. Holds a ton of music! I haven't even filled it up yet! 32GB for less than $15.00...so I bought 2 :)

One of the greatest inventions ever, SanDisk continues to move ahead with the next generation of flash drives. 32 GB is plenty of storage for a complete back up of most machines. It's solid, reliable storage, and it's small enough to fit right into your pocket. A++

I bought this item because I had the worse computer crash in the history of computer crashes so I needed to install Windows 10 on it and then reinstall Windows 10 on a new hard drive. I caught it on sale for I think 5.99. For this capacity, eventhough 2.0, the usb was essentially free! I rarely give any product 5 stars. In this case, it is really 5 stars because it did what it was supposed to do and the price was right. I have actually recommended it to a friend of mine as she needed a usb to make use of portable files.
If you are moving large files and need the faster transfer rates, then you should consider the 32 gb rated for 3.0 ports which was on sale yesterday (December 11, 2016) for 10.99 which is still essentially free! lol...If you need more space than that, then you really should be looking at the WD Passport 1TB or my favorite 2B as you can get a good deal on those....
Happy shopping....

If you can get this when Best Buy has its incredible sales on flash media, then this is a great value with regards to capacity versus price (got this for under $20)!
The Cruzer series, however, leaves a lot to be desired in terms of design. Rather than using a removable cap, the Cruzer "protects" the flash drive from damage by sliding in and out of the housing. Two problems with the execution though: 1) dust, liquid, etc can still enter the drive because the opening is left completely open and 2) the slider doesn't lock into place properly. This means you're either left with awkwardly haven't to keep your thumb pressing on the slider when connecting to a USB port or you push the slider too far forward and it gets stuck.
