Its smaller and more convenient than carrying around the external hard drive, just to save pictures on when on vacation. Buy several of these flash drives are convenient for transferring and storing pictures while on vacation.

Easy set up and you can even password protect the drive. I have never had any problems with any SanDisk flash drive I have bought. I would choose this over the other brand starting with a P ending in Y.
