No instruction on how to use

It is not intuitive if you are over 40 years of age. I have never seen such an expensive product with no directions for use. Only bought an i-phone because it is supposed to connect with hearing aids; that worked for a week and then just quit.

GREAT SCOTT THIS IS FAST!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use this external to edit video on my MacBook Pro using Final Cut Pro X. It's the same as using an internal HD in my opinion. I see no slow down, I can edit at full speed. I like the little bumpers on the side as well. I love how small this thing is and it's so light that I can pick up my laptop and move it and the extreme 500 will just dangle off the side and not disconnect!!! That right there is worth the price of admission!

Good but shows as a removable drive
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this drive for a friend to install windows-to-go but the drive shows up as a removable disk instead of a fixed disk so it makes it more problematic. (Windows cant read multiple partitions on a removable disk) My Samsung T-1 is perfect for this but bestbuy stopped selling them. I wish they mentioned that in the description. Overall drive is fast and works well.
