Works perfectly in my Samsung A51. In researching which card to buy I decided I wanted a top performing card that will hopefully last a couple of phones (which is what I've done in the past). So I wanted a card with A2 functionality(for running apps off the card) and I decided on buying at least 128GB for the extra storage capacity and the better speeds that come with the larger sized Extreme cards(I'm not positive now but I think it was the 128GB and up had better speed ratings than the 32 and 64GB cards). I purchased the 256GB SanDisk Extreme PLUS because it was the best value at the time(it was on sale). I ordered online and BestBuy shipped to my house. It arrived a few days ahead of the expected delivery date. I first put this into my laptop to transfer several gigs of music, movies, and pictures onto it(using the included SD card adapter). I then installed it into my phone and moved all my documents, images, videos, and audio to this card (combining the new stuff from my laptop with that from my phone). I set it to be the default location for all the file types mentioned, so now, any new stuff goes right to the microsdxc card. I have not installed or used any of the apps offered by SanDisk. I have not performed any bench tests but I don't notice any discernable lag or delays in accessing the data compared to my internal memory(which is test enough for my needs). I've yet to install or move apps to the microsdxc card. But the card has been installed for almost 2 months and now that my confidence in this product has been confirmed, I plan to move a few less often used apps to it as well. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

I needed a card with a ton of space on it at speeds that could capture 4K video, and this seamlessly does the job. Storage and speed out the wazoo.

Bought for use with the Arlo Ultra 2 Base Station. Works perfectly. Thought it would fill up quickly, but still has not started overwriting and it's been a year and half.

SanDisk is my go to for CF, SD and Micro SD cards. I've never had a problem with them. Purchased the 256GB card to go in my GoPro Hero 10. Haven't had any issues. Created several multi-hour (~16, ~12, ~6 and ~4) TimeWarp movies on a recent fishing trip up to Northwest Ontario Canada from Northern Virginia and the card worked without issue. The GoPro overheated towards the end of the 16 hour capture, but that wasn't the cards fault. Actually as hot as GoPro's get I'm that much more impressed I didn't have any issues. Captured video anywhere from 1080(60fps) to 4K(30fps - might have been some 60 fps don't recall).

I already had an Extreme Plus in my GoPro. Wanted to upgrade the capacity. Went with the high speed again and have no issues. Nobody ever regrets having more performance than they need. You only notice when you buy the small/slow card and miss capturing something because you hit capacity or you are waiting on the device.

Effective Portable Storage

The SanDisk - Extreme PLUS 256GB microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card works effectively for portable devices, such as smartphones and Nintendo Switch. I have bought this micro SD card for my Nintendo Switch, as well as for my grandmother's smartphone.
Nintendo Switch has a small internal storage of 16 gigabytes, so downloading digital games and DLC may be an issue if a customer enjoys digital content only. This card provides an expansive external storage capacity that should be more than enough to download as many digital games and DLC to the Nintendo Switch without any interruption.
After checking in with my grandmother, she says that her phone used to be slow and would repeatedly remind her that her storage space is full. After a few days and helping her format the card, she is now able to transfer pictures, videos, and apps to the micro SD card with no issue. Additionally, she says that the picture when capturing videos and photos is clearer.
Note: If you are looking to set this micro SD card as your Samsung smartphone's internal storage, then this option most likely will not be available. Setting a micro SD card as a smartphone's internal storage would make it simpler to download apps straight to the card.

Got this card for my action cameras and raspberry pi. Excellent card for these uses, and no issues with data corruption. Transfer speeds as expected and no complaints at all, which is exactly what I want from a memory card. Just needs to work and not give me problems. This card does both.

My Memory Fails - But This Doesn't!

Hi there. You know, I'm getting up there in age and I know FIRST HAND what bad memory is like. What did I have for lunch today? Are you kidding? I have no idea. What's the name of my first child? Well that's easy. It's Snowflake. No, wait. That was my first cat. My first child? Hmm. Well, that's embarrassing. But you know what memory never fails? it's SanDisk memory! I recently purchased the snazzy 256gb A2 ExtremePlus disk for my new drone and it is working like a champ. If you're flying a drone to take video or pictures, nothing is worse than having a memory card that fails halfway through the flight. That's footage you'll never get again. So, my little Snowflake, get yourself a SanDisk memory card and you'll never have those worries again.

Bought this to add to my Surface Pro 7 since it only had 128 GB of storage. I've been using SanDisk microSD cards for years now so just picked this over other brands.
Do beware of buying microSD cards on other sites (such as Amazon and Ebay) that allow third party sellers because I have purchased fake SanDisk cards that were not of the advertised capacity which led to files getting corrupted after a week and having transfer speeds way below the advertised value.
Bought this over the cheaper A1 card because the speed increase you get from A1 to A2 is worth the price gap. So far, I have a SanDisk 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB across various devices. Plan to buy the 512 GB soon.

I've been using Sandisk Extreme Plus micro-SD cards on all of my gadgets and they've been nothing but reliable and speedy. Whether it's recording 4K@60fps footage on my drone or GoPro, or transferring files to and from my laptop, the card has been performing like a champ without any errors or glitches.
Getting a card like this, with an A2 and V30 rating, really does make a difference in stability and performance.
