Great camera memory card
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We have a Canon Power Shot SX280 HS Full HD camera purchased December 2013. The largest SD card we've used for this camera is a SanDisk "SD" 16GB memory card. I’m not very camera savvy and was a bit reluctant to try a 32GB along with "Extreme Plus SDHC UHS-1" in the product name/description. The Best Buy camera associate assured me that my camera would accept and function just fine, which it does! Phew! After shooting a photo, I’ve noticed our camera doesn’t seem to give the “Busy” message prior to hitting “Display” to view the photo. Downloading photos onto our computer seemed faster. Those are the only functions we have used; not certain how video will do. At this writing we are very satisfied and recommend this product. “Happy Trails…”

Amazing....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just a heads up, the current model being sold has a speed transfer of 80mb/s not 45mb/s. Upgraded from the Pixtor to the extreme & my Canon T3i feels like a new camera!

Great Card, Always Reliable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For a photographer that takes well over 1000 photos everyday, 5-6 days a week, and has to pull the SD card in and out of cameras, readers, and computers repeatedly..... these little powerhouse cards have proven their worth as far as reliability and quality. I now have nearly 60 SD cards in my current daily use collection. About 40-45 of them are SanDisk. Of those, over half are ExtremePlus (like this) or ExtremePro (faster read/write speeds). I have found that I am using the SanDisk ExtremePlus cards more often than any others due to their consistent speeds and the reliability I get from them is far above any others I have used. Their continued use fail rate is quite low, meaning, I can add 1200 photos, pull them off, format the card, and add 1200 more... day after day, week after week, with little worry of fatigue. None of my work cameras (mostly Nikon CoolPix P610 and Sony DSC-HX400) process any faster than these write, and therefore the only reason I keep the ExtremePro card around are for my HD video cameras.

Great Memory Card
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this new card. It has a lot of space. With my camera it holds up to 4000 pictures (with no video). I know that seems like a lot to some people, but I'm a shutter bug. I've been known to take up to 1,500 pictures on vacation. Plus I'm starting a photography business so I need the extra space. My old card would only hold 1000 pictures ( with no video). It's extremely annoying when you miss the perfect shot because you have to change out cards. This card has never slowed me down when I'm taking pictures. They process very quickly in in the highest shutter speed. Not once have I had to wait for processing before taking another picture, even in high resolution areas. Normally I never would've spent so much money on a memory card, but it was on sale after thanksgiving. If I need another one I will gladly pay full price. This is a great memory card and worth every penny for those how take a lot of picture or someone who needs the speed. (Like when you're photographing children, because they never sit still long and it's very easy to miss the shot you want. Plus if you use a high shutter speed you can get the shot even if they are wiggling around.) Plus it easily transfers the photos to my computer with very little delay.

Great SDHC card with unending capacity.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this SDHC card for a new Nikon Coolpix S8200 16.1 MP camera for a three-week vacation in Thailand. Took endless numbers of pictures and many video clips, and not once feared having reached this card's capacity. All pics and videos downloaded VERY quickly to my PC and we experienced NO file corruption. Performed up to expectations and expect it to continue to do so for a long time. Gives me peace of mind, just what I want when trusting a memory card to capture and safely keep our memories.

Excellent SD Card
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this SD card to use in our underwater camera mainly to record video, but it will also increase my ability to snap pictures faster because of its fast write time. The fastest one I have right now writes at 15 MB/sec. This one writes at 40 MB/sec. That is almost 3 times faster. Of course both of these ratings are the good old "writes up to X MB/sec", so I may not be seeing those actual speeds. However, I do notice a difference. Underwater that is important. Once you are out of battery you are out, and unless the dive is a really deep or difficult one (lots of current), I always run out of battery before I run out of air. Another issue is overheating the camera which can fog up the case lens. The faster card helps the camera get ready to take pictures quicker, so I can turn it off for a while to let it cool down. I still may miss a great shot if something like an Eagle Ray goes flying by. All in all I am happy with the card and recommend it to anyone who needs a little performance boost in their camera.

Fast and affordable...great value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for an SD memory card that was fast enough for my camera, but also affordable. After looking over several cards, I niticed that there were way faster cards out there; there are cards on the market that were incredibly fast (300mb/s), but they cost a whole lot more. I looked at my DSLR specs and my camera doesn’t record anywhere near 300mb/s, so there was no point in spending the money for it. (Except for faster read speeds). In the end this card provided the fastest read/write speeds at the best value. I’m very satisfied with the card and would recommend it to any one.

SANDISK MEMORY SAVER AT BBY GREAT PRICE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a rule, no matter what the manufacturer or brand name, all memory cards are basically equivalent. Generally, regular are sturdier than micro size(which are too easily prone to cracking and, thus, loss of all data). Both are definitely too easy to become lost. Still, both are necessary for respectively compatible high-tech devices, and the amazing storage capacity on such a tiny, flat object(especially as compared to old-fashioned film rolls or tapes) is truly impressive. All such memory disks are an awesome and essential tool.

Transfer Data Faster
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This 32GB Class 10, U-3 card allows faster transferring of digital photo images to my computer (at up to 80MB/second), versus a standard Class 10 card (up to 30MB/second). I also used the Video function on my DSLR for the first time with this SD Extreme Plus card. With the high image quality I selected, my camera would have had about 20 minutes of video time, but I only shot a few bursts of video at less than 5 minutes each. The signage in the aisle at Best Buy was helpful in understanding the difference between the different types of SD cards. For example, what the number inside the circle and the numbers inside of the "U" shape stand for. The larger the megapixels of your images, the more likely you are to notice the faster transfer speed when comparing two different types of SD cards. I have a Nikon Digital SLR in the "Enthusiast" photographer range.

Great Memory Card.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this for my digital camera to use on my vacation to Costa Rica. This card worked great and was very fast. I noticed a difference in how fast the photo was recorded and my camera (non-SLR bridge camera) was ready to shoot another compared to my older memory card. The Best Buy associate recommended this card. He said a photographer friend uses them exclusively. Highly recommend!
