I try to contact somebody on Sandisk i could not do that. You sell You have to provide support of that My recomendation give more support about to get more support with the key or Password for use this device . I don't get i Will probably return the product.

It Freezes up and Becomes Unresponsive

(Extreme Portable 1TB. Model # SDSSDE61-1T00) - Regularly freezes up during use at critical times when I need to save a file. - Occasionally becomes unresponsive - It takes forever to respond when I'm trying to eject the drive in Windows 11 (although, that could be a Windows issue). - Tested multiple USB cables, multiple computers, and Windows 10 and 11. the problem is consistent in ALL cases. Unfortunately, I DO NOT recommend the SanDisk portable SSD drives. I will compliment them on the overall form, and function. It's a nice, compact, simple-to-carry device.
