I try to contact somebody on Sandisk i could not do that. You sell You have to provide support of that My recomendation give more support about to get more support with the key or Password for use this device . I don't get i Will probably return the product.

Went to use it today and it was not visible, opened disc utility and could not get it to mount. Hard drive became hot almost immediately and refused to connect to any of my computers. Will not let me reformat or use whatsoever, taking it back to Best buy today hoping I can at least get store credit since it's only been 2 weeks. Will never buy a SanDisk product again, sticking with wd easy store or Samsung SSDs.

Worth the money

Installation was simple and formatted pretty quickly. Get to store all of my Sentry Mode events without having to worry about any stuttering in the recording.

Neither my laptop or my PC where able to ready, my camera can but not any PC I’ve tried which has been 4. I also used it on a Mac and it worked there but I don’t own a Mac. Not the store fault.
