Cable too short for my PC

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This device is very small well made and comes with a short USB C cable and an adapter that converts one end of the cable to USB A. I found the device to be really slow because it was formatted to exFAT format. After I reformatted the drive to NTFS the device is very fast and you will not be disappointed in its performance. This device is worth purchasing. The device comes with software but I did not use.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Drive speed and performance was ok for the first 6 months that the product worked. After that, the drive would not be recognized in any PC or Mac I tried. I attempted to make a support case with Sandisk/Western Digital but eventually gave up because their shoddy website refused to recognize the serial numbers of my two defective drives as legitimate. Needless to say, these were will be my last WD/Sandisk SSD purchases. If you would like more information on the issues with these drives including class action lawsuits from widespread failures, search for "Sandisk" on Ars Technica.

Can you make it longer so it is more convenient for us.(it is less than 8in) Besides these two cons, everything else is great.
