I used this as game storage for my Xbox. It stayed connected 24/7 and would remain warm. Being used would get hot. I have Samsung T5’s and there is no difference in speed on the Xbox and the T5 stays cool 24/7. I suspect the T5 will last 10 years where the sandisk wont. So I will be returning. Sandisk has a great drive but needs better way of keeping it cool like the Samsung

It was so easy to use and large enough to store what had originally been on multiple different sizes of thumb drives, as well a what had been on a "large footprint" 1TB external drive that was not an SSD drive.

They're small, crazy fast, and I'm buying them all the time. This latest version doubles the read/write speed of the previous generation, making an already outstanding product even better.

Plugged it into my PS5 to store all those old PS4 games. PS5 recognized it and formatted in no time flat with no issues. So far, so good.

Don’t use a cheap USB-C cable, otherwise you risk slow transfers, I made that mistake. The included cable is sufficient.
