Very easy to figure out & use. Great having USB & iPhone plugs for versatility.

We purchased this device based on a review in the Miami Herald on gadgets. I often run out of space on my iphone with 16GBs. This item works well so far . Plugs in more recent Apple Devices (using Lightning plug). However, must be charged before use. My only negative is that it is pricey.

This is the missing link for those people that have wanted to expand their iphone or ipad memory but didn't get a chance to get it when they purchased their device. Also let's carry all of those non-iTunes tracks and play non-iTunes movies. the only thing I wish it did do is play the apple movies. hoping a firmware update fixes that. otherwise, it plays all other movie formats.

This product is amazing since it is one of the only ways to add storage to an iOS decice since all of them are fixed storage. It also is much more expensive than Android options of using a microSD card and you pay for that!!!

I use my Ipad for my camera these days, and this product let me download pics from my Ipad and store them as I made them. When I got home, just took the product to have all my vacation pics printed. Simple!

Cannot put applications on this, as far as I can tell. It's strictly storage. Looks a little awkward during phone's use as a phone, but for the money it's a lot of storage if you like lots and lots of portable music or photos. (I want nothing to do with "the Cloud.")

So happy to be able to easily take photos out of the ipad! Before this, I had to connect it to a PC, then download the photos. Now, I can easily remove them from the iPad and either share the drive with family or,friends, copy,it or load the photos into a computer.

Transferring files in either direction requires just a few taps to select the file(s) and the intended new location and worked seamlessly.Playing videos and music stored on the flash drive worked seamlessly. The files played as perfectly as the ones already saved on the mobile.

My daughter had a problem of how to share MS Word files between an iPad and a laptop outside the range of any wifi capabilities. This plugs both into the iPad connector and the USB. App load on the iPad was easy as expected, and nothing needed on the PC. This solution is a bit pricey, but it worked perfectly and has for a month with no problems.

Finally a way to move photos to and from your IPad and store them as well. This drive allows that where no other device does. After figuring it out, which take time, it does work well and is just what many need and want. it's worth the investment.

This is a great way to expand your memory on any Apple Mobile device without spending tons of cash on an upgraded device with more memory. It allows users to transfer music, pictures and documents files between Apple devices and your personal computer. This is an inexpensive device that saves you tons of money on an upgrade. The only issue I have with this device, is that it needs to charged in order for it to work. If it were more like a regular flash drive (which doesn't need a charge)...then the would be perfect!!

This is great for storing files and viewing them on your iPad. First thing I have seen that will let you do this once files have been imported to a computer or external drive. Good if you want to make you tube, etc.,videos on the iPad.

I was looking for a simple, easy storage solution for iPad mini, that would function similar to a USB flash drive on a PC. Found it. This device has the required app onboard, will prompt to install, then you just explore the contents of the device (already organized by type). No need to download video or music to the iPad!

This device is a superb new way to expand the storage on my 16GB iPhone. It allows me to have my complete collection of music and photos, without having to select which ones to include on my iPhone. Great device!

The iexpand drive is the absolute perfect solution for backing up files, pictures, videos, songs, etc. and for transferring similar media from my idevices to my laptop. The iexpand is easy to use and requires little to no technological knowledge to use.

I was looking for a way to download photos from my phone to free up space. I didn't want them on my computer. This is so easy and portable. It's exactly what I wanted.

My mom got the lowest iPhone size and was worried about storage. She has used this and loves it. Easy to use and transfer data. She uses it mainly as picture backup for her phone and vacations. Great gift and great product
