I was looking for an easy way for my wife to download and save her photos from her iphone and this is the way to go. Use the ixpand app to backup phone files and then drop then on to your designated hard drive. Love it. I also use it to carry more music or video on my phone.

It is compact and works well with the iPhone and iPads that have lightening connectors . Transfer between devices and backup . Solid product for photo backup and moving files

My iPhone would not take any more photos when it was full and I missed out on awesome photo opportunities. After purchasing this flash drive, I never had an issue like this again! I carry it everywhere and download all of my photos and videos all the time.

Very easy to use. Just follow simple instructions on iPhone and download/save process starts easily. Very compact and added much needed memory back onto phone.

The IXpand is a nice and simple way to transfer files from one device to another even though they don't have the same connection. Move back and forth from Lighting to USB connections is straightforward. No need to store in cloud and back down to other device.

I use this flash drive with the iPhone/iPad Infuse Pro 6 app ($9.99 / year subscription). I transfer space hogging DVD files (VOB) to this drive and with the Infuse app I can play a whole DVD movie without converting it to another media file like MPEG-4, Quicktime, MKV, etc. I have little kids. For a short road trip, I can play a few DVD movies on our iPad 7th generation (2019) in the car without having to spend time converting media files.

I like the ability to expand my Apple devices memory by using the lighting connector. It stores files, music,and photos. Thus is much improved from the previous device

I had seen something like this on Facebook so I investigated it Best Buy had it I went over there and bought two of them one for me one for my girlfriend for her birthday already used it on my phone which I want to download I love the pictures which I don’t have access or use that much since I have so many and a lot of things I have in there is stored for work since I work as a nurse I have a lot of educational things in there and I’m very happy with how it was an easy step-by-step you can access everything

I kept having problems with my cell phone running out of space , taking pictures and videos , was a hassle , since I had to delete old stuff to record new one , now I have the convinience of doing right then and there without the hassle .

So as much I love working with ios11 this little guy has saved the day. This works wonders if you want to download documents from a laptop and then put them on your iPad or even transfer documents from iOS device to another iOS device.

This was the best purchase I have made in a long time. I bought it for storing photos from a 16gb iPhone and it works perfectly. Also a good solution for people who like to print hard copies of photos at places like cvs or Walgreens.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter but she bought one before I could give it to her...she plugged it in to her iPhone and it was so easy...it downloaded all the pics and videos off the phone immediately and asked if she wanted them deleted from the phone or left there...she was thrilled as her phone was more than full...I haven't used the I bought for her yet but am keeping it for myself...just haven't had the need to use it....plus we both bought them on sale...what could be better!!!

I love having a flash drive for my iPad, it's small and convenient and easy to use. So glad I have something now to fee up more space on my iPad

Very convenient alternative to free some space from iPhone

I was looking for a way to take a lot of photos and other files off of my iPhone and store them on my MacBook. This is the best solution I've found. Once you download the free software, it's a simple process to select files you want to transfer from the iPhone and put them onto this device, and then transfer them to a desktop or a laptop computer. You can select to either delete the files and photos from your phone after they are copied onto the device or to keep them on your phone. This is a simple, easy way to do the job and I recommend it to anyone.

Very nice product that works with android and iOS devices. My only issue is that a case with a closed port/cable opening interferes with attaching the drive to the device. But there are ways to work around this “problem.”

I wasn't sure if there was a USB type device that I could get for my ipad to use to reduce the amount of internal memory I was using by saving pictures, etc... This item was exactly what I was looking for. Works great!

This is a Christmas present, i did not try it yet. It is the only external storage device that i know, that hook up to an i phone i pad and a laptop. So if it work the way i think it will. I am rating it a 5 stars

It works. Gives you more room on your IPad. Can also give you a second backup of stuff you don’t want to lose — e.g. pictures. Good choice for my wife’s requirements.

The flash drive was easy to put in mu iPad and I was able to load all my photos very quickly with a few simple steps. I have been able to put it in my printer and print my color photos and edit when needed.
