It saved ist of my photos but for some reason about 2,000+ were not saved. The issue is now, when i put that usb in my laptop it shoes the photos in HEIC format. I don’t know to change that format to JPG format.

Not too happy you have to use an app to use it either. They really need to come up with a simple plug and play version that doesn’t require downloading an app. Still does what it’s intended to.
