It does the job of storing my photos and/or videos quite quickly. The only con would be the app speed, but I attribute that to the mass of pictures I have stored in my phone as it has to scan everything so you can choose what to transfer. Aside from that it is a great tool that I can use aside from external HDD or SSD and it is very portable!

I was thinking to have one to one training? to download the photos from iPad to USB .. it took place at the counter with so many noise and I did ask to move to side at table . The technician was busy going back forth with myself and more customers. He helped me with some issues but I was frustrated to said the least . He even said I can come back tomorrow. He didn’t charged me , that tell you something.
