It was a disappointment because it requires you to use an app which was fine, but it then would take a long time to transfer things. It would also be unclear as to what actually transferred over. I also think the process to choose photos was annoyed, so I ended up not actually using it. It is much easier to just connect your iphone to a microsoft computer and treat it like a regular flash drive plug in to move photos around.

Good little backup device

My wife purchased this to backup her iphone pictures manually and loves it. Main downside is the transfer speed. Takes a while to transfer data. However the conveniences of having are great.

I purchased this with other brands and i am happy with this. Software is easy to use and very user friendly. It will pick up the new files every time we starrt back up.

While on vacation we always end up with pictures on my phone and my wife’s phone and no easy way to pull them into one place. Sure, Apple has the cloud - but WiFi is lacking in many foreign countries. This little device makes it quick and easy to transfer to a laptop.
