It works exactly as it should. The first back up of over ten thousand pictures took a few hours and most of the battery life. After that weekly or monthly backup takes just three or four minutes. I’m a back up and file management buff. This is great. When you put the drive in your pc you will see pics in monthly folders. And organized by date and time. The picture files have long names that make no sense. But that’s how Apple shows us love LOL! Albums on your phone are not saved. You will have to reorganize the pics on your computer. I have not tried a phone to phone transfer yet. The process is totally automated when you plug the drive into your phone.

I have a lot of photos on my phone that I didn’t want to delete. When I heard about this, I immediately had to buy one. Haven’t had any problems. Was a little pricey but it’s 256GB so it’s worth it

Purchased this for 1 reason: 1. to store old photos/documents. However, I realized that this makes transitioning from my iPhone to the laptop, & vice versa, extremely simple and easy for my YouTube channel. It looks so minimal and great with my home interior that I don’t mind leaving it out on the table. I honestly love this little device. Thumbs up!

Look it’s easy and simple just had to plug it in wait about an hour and all my data pics n videos transferred with a click of a button what a life saver!

The software with this is both simple to use and underwhelming - but you can use this drive, at least on the non-mobile side, without it. The drive itself is built well, though companies should know by now that these plastic keyring holes tend to break with regular use. Still, this is better than the previous looped design, and the capacity will probably be enough for most people's needs.

This is a fantastic way to backup your photos, videos, documents and files from your phone. The app is very easy to use and I've never had any issues with my tow iXpand drives. I would suggest though buying one that at least matches the memory of your phone or iPad you are backing up. Love how I can transfer quickly from my phone and plug the USB right into the computer.

Purchased this so I can keep up with pics of the grands. You know a grand parent can never take enough pics. Easy to use, helped me clear out my phone.

Purchased this when I had an IPhone 13 Pro Max. Kept running out of storage! Thank you, son. Another suggestion from that young adult. I’m so glad I got this.

We have these for all of our phones. The only thing i wish is thay it would save the ohotos with the dates taken on them and not the day you download and save it

Sandisk app automatically organizes my photos by year and month folders. It scans for new photos instead of making multiple copies. Price is well worth it. Highly recommended

I freed up so much memory in my phone thanks to this easy to use device, I'm glad I bought this memory drive. I actually downloaded music and a movie into this drive before a long flight and I was able to stay entertained throughout the flight without affecting the performance of my phone.

I love this Flash Drive. It as tons of memory. We can also use it to move photos from the phone to this drive. BUT, you need an Apple computer to transfer photos from an iPhone to another Apple device. Just in case you wanted to do that.
