Have to unplug and plug in again. Yet there is nothing better to expand iPhone memory. Can only copy 5 videos or 50 photos or pdfs at a time. Also a problem in clogging up my iPhone memory. The fix is to remove and reinstall program. For some reason videos will not transfer back to phone.

Unfortunately the video was too long to send but this saved the day. I was able to get everything off my phone and to them with ease so a great memory has not been lost!
