It was not directly accessible to my office computer for pictures and videos. I downloaded all of them but I could not open those pictures and videos yet.

Have to unplug and plug in again. Yet there is nothing better to expand iPhone memory. Can only copy 5 videos or 50 photos or pdfs at a time. Also a problem in clogging up my iPhone memory. The fix is to remove and reinstall program. For some reason videos will not transfer back to phone.
