I tried it on my cellphone (iPhone12 mini), and the same thing. We tried to use it on her MacBook Air, and still nothing. I went online to troubleshoot it, and nothing worked. I told my mother to go to the Geek Squad, and see if one of them could figure it out, but she returned it; instead.

It would stop in the process of uploading each time. I gave up after paying too much for it.

It’s probably because I’m trying to back up so much data at once. It would never completely finished and had a hard time keeping up with the amount of data being download it I don’t recommend it.

Great idea the item is terrible quality

Backup Fails All the time
