I thought this was going to be a very cool accessory. It's small and functional but the lightening plug is fragile. I think the loaded software is versatile, but slow!! It's a USB flash. But not having to buy an adapter for your iPhone is convenient. It's cheaper than the competitor's photo drive which is attractive. It's also small and light. I gave a three but would recommend and buy again. Just wish the software was faster.

I had previously purchased a different one it was difficult to use so I got this one and I love it. It’s basically plug in n it does it in a timely fashion. Exactly what I was looking for.

I wanted to capture the photos on my iPhone. This drive was perfect for my needs. Plenty of storage and the iXpand app worked fast and easy.

I’ve been tired of trying to download latest version of iTunes on computer, then saying it is updated. Trying to upload photos to laptop and then say that they can’t upload or can only do two or three at a time. This takes all of that out of the equation. Simply plug into your iPhone (I have a 7plus) a pop up asked what we wanted to do we selected upload photos and that was it. Took 10 minutes to upload over 4000 pictures and videos. Simply went to our computer and everything was there ready to use. Amazingly simple and impressed.

Super easy to use and did the job I needed it to do.

What I expected: To plug the device into my phone and seamlessly back up all my photos and files—enabling a smooth phone upgrade process. What actually happened: After plugging in the device, I was prompted to install a firmware update via the associated file transfer app. I followed the instructions and attempted a backup. However, the app only copied 2.4GB out of 223.3GB of data, despite multiple attempts. Since the device didn’t perform as advertised using the app, I reformatted it and completed the backup manually—without the app—which worked as expected. Conclusion: The product has potential, but the app experience was unreliable and hindered the process. A more stable and fully functioning app would make this a much more effective tool.

This was super easy to use. I didn't even have to read the directions. Just make sure to download the app. I plugged it into my iphone and was able to backup 11,000 photos in about 1 hour time. Uploading it into my computer was just as easy. Works exactly as intended and as a flash drive should. My wife used it on her phone also, and she loved how simple it was. Great buy, I highly recommend this.
