    I needed to download a number of pictures on my iPhone and purchased brand X flash drive. After I tried to figure out how to download my pictures I asked my adult son for assistance. He had no luck also. Purchased the SanDisk and figured it out immediately. Got the pictures down loaded almost immediately. Very happy with the product.

    This flash drive is pretty awesome!! You do have to download the app that goes with it. If you want to free up space on your cell phone or your iPad of any photos and videos you have taken then this is what you need to get. It can also plug into your computer if you want to transfer your items there.

    Really needs a case to protect it since one of the usb is going to be exposed. I am having trouble pulling (physically) the USB out of my computer! Afraid it was stuck at first but is getting easier as I use it.
