Was purchased to replace a platter-based HDD going bad on a 3-yr old Dell laptop. Works well. Primary plus is the quick data access for both boot-up as well as data file access. There's also comfort in knowing that movement of the machine while PC is on & working will not possibly cause damage (we have kids in our house using this laptop, who seem to sometimes mistake laptops for punching bags or football). Only downside is higher cost than mechanical HDD. But, at less than $100, this 240GB SSD is an attractive deal.

I bought this to replace the old hdd drive in my laptop. This has improved it's performance greatly. Start up time is seconds not minutes.

Purchased this drive for my daughters laptop and its super fast. Installation was a breeze and I'm pleased with the performance so far.

I have an old desktop from Dell (Intel Q6600 processor). Did a fresh install of Windows 10, using this wonderful 240GB SanDisk SSD. It came back to life. Start up time is about 30 sec, compared to 2 min with the old HDD. For day to day stuff like web browsing, word processing, spreadsheet work, basic gaming, etc. Happy as can be. Will it play more intense games? It may struggle, but not because of the SSD. For the value, this SSD I highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Great deal for the SDD space. Improved my laptop speed. Enough for Windows & plenty of extra.

fast sandisk 240GB SSD for my home desktop. much better than the stock OEM 1TB mechanical drive SSD are coming down in price

Very easy to install, very easy to transfer OS to it. My computer boots up in a quarter of the time now, and games load instantaneously.

A pretty solid purchase. My only complaint is that there's no data migration/cloning software. What they have is a joke. Good thing i had my own software. Performance wise it does it's job very well. Boot time went from almost 90 second down to 22. Pretty satisfied
