Great low-cost way to speed up your PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, I've been pleased with SanDisk products (i use their SSDs and SD cards--the professional versions, Extreme Plus/Pro for SD cards and the Ultra II's for the SSDs). They are reliable, but probably not as fast as the more expensive options (like samsung). But you do get good value for what you pay for and for the most part, for general computing, and light gaming, they are fine.

So far so good

I use this 240GB drive on home/office desktops and laptops, and the 500GB version where a bit more space is needed for big programs. More than speedy enough for home and office, and gets the job done in my gaming desktop.

Saved my ASUS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved my little ASUS notebook, Had it for 3 years and ran my business and home from it; but the hard drive quit while I was on the road, so I had to get another computer. When I returned to my office, I considered replacing the HDD, but decided to try a SSD for the extra speed. Works like a charm. Plenty of space for non-business activities. Now use it like a tablet. Still loving it.

Using in a rebuilt HP and very happy. There are lots of cloning software out there but why not just do a new install of Win 10. Remember if you clone the old drive to the new you are also cloning all the viruses also. So take the plunge. If you cant figure it out check with the neighborhood teenagers.

Fast drive. Great Replacement for MacBook Pro

It used to take 2 minutes for my 2011 MacBook Pro to boot. Now its less than 20 seconds. This is not a high capacity drive, but it's good for carrying the operating system and music DAW. I just connect a external drive if I need more storage for audio files. I highly recommend this drive.
