For transferring files, keeping a soft backup of stuff etc this works great. I would trust this and a samsung one over most kinds to be honest. No problems

Good deal and great price. I was able to download all my files from old computer and keep them safe until the new computer arrived. I bought this unit for the GB available but find it to be handy as well. I can keep it in my purse on a chain for instant access . It is pleasant feeling and small enough to travel in my jeans. The space available is enough to allow saving new class ideas to entire books for my students. This is this years' TOP Five Student List gift. I truely appreciate it.

I'm amazed by flash drives, and this one was a bargain. My new car has USB ports and I picked this up to download my music file onto. I put over 8,500 songs on this flash drive, my entire music library, and have room for thousands and thousands more. Amazing.
