    Seems to work fine and as intended. Just note if purchased to use with the Shield it is a little to wide for the ports. As both ports on the Shield are VERY close together making it difficult to plug two items in at once

    USB 3 is the best speed you can get mated with a USB 3 port. SanDisk is a major brand name so even more so for reliability.
